Jacek Ostapiński Construction engineer and manager, with over 14 years of professional experience

He has experience in providing management and construction project management services, building structures in the Company "from scratch", managing and managing structures in the Company, costing and estimating the costs of Investment Projects. He gained experience in coordinating, managing and managing investments while working and implementing projects in the field of cubature construction and infrastructure construction.

He gained his skills as a Contractor's Representative, Project Director, Project Manager and Site Manager on large projects related to the construction of innovative office and scientific, commercial, hotel and residential buildings as well as bridge and road infrastructure facilities. He has experience in the construction of commercial, hotel, office, scientific, residential and bridge facilities, where he performed technical functions directly at the construction site, passing "step by step" every stage of engineering development, starting from the position of Site Engineer, Works Manager, Works Coordinator, Site Manager, Manager Project, up to the position of Project Director, Contractor Representative and Operational Director - the total value of all investments is over PLN 2 192 million, including BREEAM EXCELLENT certification or FIDIC certification.

He has experience in the implementation of "build & design" projects for public and private investors.

For 8 years he was and he still is the Operational Director, Contractor's Representative, Project Director, Project Manager. For over 6 years he was also responsible for sales activities, acquiring new contacts as the Head of the Tender Department.

Study

In 2010, he graduated from the leading Technical University in Poland, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Gdansk University of Technology, where he received the title of Master of Engineering. In 2017, he completed postgraduate studies at the best Economic Public University in Poland, the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), majoring in Project Management - Project Management. In 2022, he graduated from the best non-public University in Poland and Central Europe, Leon Kozminski Academy, with a Master of Business Administration MBA for Engineers.

Qualifications and experience

He has been a member of the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers for more than 12 years and holds unrestricted executive building qualifications in constuction, bridge and road construction specialisation, as well as limited executive building qualifications in sanitary specialisation.In 2023, he obtained an entry in the list of persons authorised to draw up energy performance certificates and belongs to the Association of Energy Auditors.
He started his professional career at WARBUD S.A., a leading and professional construction company in Poland belonging to the French multinational Vinci Group, from where he moved to DORACO Building Corporation, after which he started and continues his professional development at POLIMEX MOSTOSTAL, the largest Polish construction company in the country.

Own business

He is currently sharing his experience in his own business since June 2021. She supports companies with technical and contract consulting. Conducts training courses, in particular popularising the values derived from both technical and soft skills development among engineers. Assists Investors in preparing and conducting investment projects, in particular by supporting the process of selecting contractors for works in the General Contractor formula or in the formula of "Bundling" of scopes of works. He is an expert witness at the Regional Court in Warsaw in the field of construction engineering. He is the author of Opinions and Technical Studies for retail and institutional clients. He is active as a Member of the Society of Consulting Engineers and Chartered Surveyors (SIDiR).
