Jacek Ostapiński Construction engineer and manager, with over 11 years of professional experience.

He has experience in providing management and construction project management services, building structures in the Company "from scratch", managing and managing structures in the Company, costing and estimating the costs of Investment Projects. He gained experience in coordinating, managing and managing investments while working and implementing projects in the field of cubature construction and infrastructure construction.

He gained his skills as a Contractor's Representative, Project Director, Project Manager and Site Manager on large projects related to the construction of innovative office and scientific, commercial, hotel and residential buildings as well as bridge and road infrastructure facilities. He has experience in the construction of commercial, hotel, office, scientific, residential and bridge facilities, where he performed technical functions directly at the construction site, passing "step by step" every stage of engineering development, starting from the position of Site Engineer, Works Manager, Works Coordinator, Site Manager, Manager Project, up to the position of Project Director, Contractor Representative and Operational Director - the total value of all investments is over PLN 2 192 million, including BREEAM EXCELLENT certification or FIDIC certification.

He has experience in the implementation of "build & design" projects for public and private investors.

For 5 years he was and he still is the Operational Director, Contractor's Representative, Project Director, Project Manager. For over 3 years he was also responsible for sales activities, acquiring new contacts as the Head of the Tender Department.

Study

In 2010, he graduated from the leading Technical University in Poland, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Environment, Gdańsk University of Technology, where he received the title of Master of Science in Engineering. In 2017, he completed post-graduate studies at the best Public Economics University in Poland, at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), majoring in Project Management - Project Management. In 2021, he began management and administrative studies at the best private university in Poland and Central Europe, at the Academy of Leon Koźmiński, in the field of Master of Business Administration MBA for Engineers.

Qualifications and experience

He has been a member of the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers continuously for over 8 years and has unlimited executive construction qualifications in the construction, bridge and road specialty as well as limited executive construction qualifications in the sanitary specialty.
He started his professional career in a leading and professional construction company in Poland, WARBUD S.A. belonging to the international French Vinci Group, from where he joined the DORACO Construction Corporation, and then began and continues his professional development in the largest Polish construction company in the country, the POLIMEX MOSTOSTAL Capital Group.

Own business

Currently, since June 2021, as part of his own business, he shares his experience. He supports companies in the field of technical and contract consulting. He conducts trainings, in particular popularizing among engineers the values resulting from both the development of technical skills and soft skills. He helps Investors to prepare and conduct investment projects, in particular by supporting the process of selecting contractors in the General Contractor formula or in the "Packing" formula of work scopes.
